Set on a privately run cow farm, Ytra Laugaland is 15 km south of Akureyri. It provides a guest kitchen and communal TV lounge with a panoramic view of Kalbakur Mountain and Eyjafjördur.

Wooden floors are provided in each Ytra Laugaland room, along with a seating area and desk. Shared bathroom facilities are located on both of the floors.

Guests can enjoy free tea and coffee, as well as access to a washing machine and furnished terrace. A daily breakfast buffet is served in Laugaland Ytra’s dining room.
